CBI President highlights central role of creative industries

CBI President, Helen Alexander highlighted the central role of the creative industries to the UK at the Stationers’ and Newspaper Makers Annual Lecture. She emphasised the importance of the creative industries set to contribute as much as £85bn of added value to the UK economy, 150,000 new jobs and around 180,000 businesses by 2013.
